• dis·rupt·er
    /disˈrəptər/
    plural noun: disruptors
    something that drastically alters or destroys the structure of something; a person or thing that prevents something, especially a system, process, or event, from continuing as usual or as expected:

    A successful mentoring relationship can offer life and career-changing benefits to both parties with its exchange of advice, ideas and inspirations. The key to finding a mentor is to identify the area you think you most need help in and reach out to that person in that field, being clear about what you need their assistance with from the outset. Could you get the same type of advice from your friend? Well, mentors are nothing like your friends because “you want them to exceed your expectations so that you appreciate the kind of advice that they give.” Whereas a friend might say you look great, you’re doing awesome”, a mentor will hold a mirror up in front of you and highlight all ways you could be doing things differently.

    I am spending nine-months with women who are ready to be mentored so they can show up and shift systems, mindsets, processes and even people's lives from continuing as usual. These women are naturally DISRUPTORS but most importantly they are CHAMPIONS IN THE MAKING!

    cham·pi·on
    /ˈCHampēən/

    a person who has defeated or surpassed all rivals in a competition, especially in sports;

    a person who fights or argues for a cause or on behalf of someone else.
